Initiative for Innovative Community Engagement (IICE)

Welcome to our IICE lab. Our team of interdisciplinary and community-engaged scholars and students focus on building healthy, diverse, and competent communities that operate according to the principles of Psychopolitical validity (image). We work with communities and community members of all kinds to help them identify their assets and transform that into physical, social and psychological realities that connect people and places. The goal is to realize communities that are healthy, happy, connected, diverse and good places to live, learn, play, work, and grow.

Contact Dr. Kwesi Brookins for more details or to discuss how we may partner in your efforts.
